The work refers back to Romantic landscape painting and is inspired by the romantic rebellion against modern society's industrialization. Romanticism tried among other things to make the world aware of man's vanishing authentic relationship to nature through life in the modernized city.
The work attempts to create an authentic atmosphere of autumn through 5000 copies of the same leaf. The leafs are made in collaboration with a printing factory that has produced the graphics work, printing and stamping. Thus reevaluates the work, the potentiality of the copy.
